CMA Course Eligibility Criteria
To achieve CMA qualification, you must fulfil the following eligibility requirements:
Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Complete two continuous years of professional experience in management accounting and/or financial management.
Hold an active IMA membership.
Abide by IMA's Statement of Ethical Professional Practice

CMA Course requires clearing both parts of exams within three years of initial registration. A candidate can take Part 1 and Part 2 in any order.

Each part of the exam is of 4 hours, which will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions and two 30-minute essays. You must answer at least 50% of the multiple-choice questions correctly to be eligible to attend the essay section.
